OptiXFit

OptiXFit is a strength and conditioning program that is made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. The movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling and pushing.

Each workout is done in a small group and is specially designed to challenge your body and develop new skills while ensuring form is safe. Every workout is different, and everyone can work at their own intensity level. OptiXFit program is included as part of the Empower and Optimum Membership.

Optimal Training

Experience the benefits of Personal Training with the support and motivation of a small group setting. Exercise routines are created based on your individual experience, needs, and goals and performed under the supervision of a degreed and certified Personal Trainer. Track progress in real-time with industry-leading body composition analysis. Flexible mobile booking allows for you to reach your goals on your time.

Optimal Pilates

Optimal Pilates is a mind-body program designed to improve flexibility, posture, stamina, and overall strength through methodical, controlled movements, and coordinated breathing.

Optimal Pilates is divided into three separate programs created to challenge and improve the health and well-being of all Opti-Life Members, despite limitations or ailments.

For You: Optimal Pilates for You offers unlimited classes each month with a variety of times and Instructors.

For Patients: Optimal Pilates for Patients benefits those recovering from back, knee, hip, shoulder, and stress injuries. It works to correct weaknesses and imbalances to prevent re-injury and to help return the body to a balanced state.

For Athletes: Optimal Pilates for Athletes improves strength, agility, speed, power, flexibility, and balance that assist athletes looking to improve training technique for maximum performance.
