Each program is tailored to the individual and is tracked to ensure progress. Our Personal Trainers are fun, engaging, and offer a deep wealth of knowledge to every client they serve. We have a wide variety of experts to ensure our Members have access to the best fit Coach for them. 

 

At Opti-Life, each client is viewed as a unique individual. In addition to Private 1:1 Sessions, we also offer Buddy Sessions for two individuals who would like to train together.

Pilates classes at Opti-Life are kept limited in size to ensure every Member receives quality attention and guidance from our Instructors. In addition, each session has a specific focus to ensure clients are able to tailor their routine and work on what their body needs most. Our Pilates professionals at Opti-Life recommend you start your Pilates practice with Private 1:1 Sessions or Duet Sessions to get the most of out of your Pilates experience.
