Membership Cancellation Request

1. To cancel your Membership, submission of a cancellation form is the initial step in the cancellation process.

2. Your Membership will be cancelled 30 days from this confirmation, if you are on a month-to-month status. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable. Agreements roll into a month-to-month status on the anniversary date of the contract.
