Opti-BURN!
In this 45-minute body sculpting class, you will use a mix of light weights, body weight, and calorie-blasting movements that will strengthen and tone your entire body. Think of this as “Body Burn at the Barre” without the barre moves and more lunges/squats but all the sweaty goodness! Formerly known as Body BURN!

BODYPUMP™
Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It can burn up to 540 calories.

Opti-Core
This is a 30-minute strengthening class with an emphasis on your abdominals. What is your goal? Preventing or decreasing back pain? Improving your posture? Washboard abs? Trimmer waistline? This class is for you! All levels are welcome. Formerly known as Core FOCUS!

Les Mills CORE™
Les Mills CORE ™ is a 30-minute (or 45) core training workout that delivers quick results for all fitness levels. Exercising muscles around the core, this class provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at every task you ask your body to do!

Opti-Strength
Join us for full body resistance training! This class will incorporate various equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, benchwork, and bodyweight training to develop muscle endurance and strength. Formerly known as Strength 360.

Opti-Dance
This is a choreographed cardio dance class for all fitness levels and rhythms. Prepare to work hard, sweat, and have fun while we jam to all styles of music.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Block Therapy
This is a chair based low impact Yoga class for all experience levels. We will focus on flexibility and balance as we move through poses designed to improve range of motion in our neck, shoulders, spine, hips, knees and ankles. We will be both seated and standing while using chairs for added stability and support.

Barre
In this body sculpting class, you will use a mix of light weights, body weight, and barre-style movements that will strengthen and tone your entire body. This class perfectly combines strength, stretching, and balance with no impact.

Hatha Yoga
This is a traditional yoga that stresses mastery of the body for balance. This is attained through a combination of breath, asana (physical postures), and mental focus. Creating Mind body connection and balance to bring about a stronger physical and mental health in your daily life. Formerly known as Mobility Flow and Flow Yoga.

Yin Yoga
This is a low impact Yoga class that focuses on holding postures and releasing tension. From healing of the physical body to balancing the mental stress within the body.

Opti-Roll
This class will use deep stretches, foam rollers, and other muscle and myofascial release techniques to help your body recover and heal. Starting with a full body stretch from the head down to the feet, to foam rolling trouble spots, and finishing with mobility of spine and body. This class will leave you relaxed and refreshed in new ways.

Vinyasa Flow
A yoga class suitable for beginner and intermediate yoga students. The first part of class will focus on standing poses where we move from one pose to the next in a flow like pattern. The second half of class we will do light balance poses, and work to open the hips, back, shoulders and hamstrings. Intentional breath-work is done throughout. Intensity will vary based upon attendee yoga experience.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Opti-Shred: Core
This class starts with treadmill work for 30 minutes and then finishes with focused core work and stretching. A strong core is the key to good running technique and this class will help improve both. Formerly known as Cardio Core & More.

Opti-Race Day
Ready to take your run to the next level? Challenge yourself to push a little more than an everyday jog. All levels welcome as you strive for a faster pace and better cardiovascular fitness. Formerly known as Race Day & Beyond Tempo.

Opti-Tread + Shred
Using the treadmill and strength equipment (kettlebells, bands, and body weight) we work both cardiovascular and muscular fitness. Get a full body workout that will transform your body and training.

Walk 30/30
Enjoy a fun, low-impact, joint-friendly workout using the treadmill and strength equipment to improve and maintain cardiovascular health, mobility, stability, and flexibility. The use of heart rate monitoring equipment is encouraged.

Opti-HIIT Cycle
Want to see BIG results? Try this workout! Following the ACSM guidelines for High Intensity Interval Training, Members will experience bouts of intensity at 80-95% of your maximum heart rate followed by periods of rest at 40–50% of your maximum heart rate. The rest and work ratio will vary and continue for the entire cycle class. Give it a try!

Les Mills RPM™
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low-impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your Instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack. This class offers both 30 and 45-minute formats.

Opti-Ride
This class is a pure indoor cycle that includes HIIT training, hills, sprints, flat land, and climbs. From cardio to strength, you will leave with a great sweat and worked legs.

Opti-Ride + Roll
Join us for 45-minute Opti-Ride followed by 15 minutes of Foam Rolling. The myofascial release will be welcomed by your muscles and prepare you for a quick recovery.

OptiXFit is focused on higher intensity and strength combined with metabolic conditioning geared to push you to your limits. Each workout is specially designed to challenge your body and develop new skills while ensuring form is safe. Every workout is different, and everyone can work at their own level of intensity. *OptiXFit Class only available with EMPOWER or OPTIMUM Membership Type.

Cardio Opti-Box
This mix of traditional shadow boxing and HIIT cardio is a combination that will work your cardio and endurance. We will mix it up with different punching combos to challenge your upper body and core. This full body workout is a way to blast calories and relieve stress all in one! No equipment required.
